How much is my shipping?  

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  We use FEDEX for all our shipments.

RETURNS

I received the wrong product.  

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Our return policies vary depending on the type of item you'd like to return. There are no returns on wood baseball bats or custom ordered items. Gloves, Accessories, and Apparel may be returned if unused.

How do I return an item?

Email us to get a mailing label to return your item.

NOTE: Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of Victory Sports & Bat Company error.

I've returned my item; how soon will I receive my refund?

Once the carrier has received your item, you should receive your refund in 5-7 business days. However, if you ship the item back to us at your own expense, it may take longer to receive your refund.

If you shipped the item back to Victory Sports & Bat Company at your own expense, and the return is the result of a Victory Sports & Bat Company error, you will be refunded your shipping costs when we process the return. To prevent having to pay for the return yourself, please contact us to receive a pre-paid label.

When will my order ship?  

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
